Jing is currently pursuing a PhD in Control Dynamic Systems at California Institute of Technology. She enjoys makerspace projects such as automated home system or robots. In her spare time, Jing likes to go running and read books. She has done two different internships in engineering. In 2015 she interned at Bosch Rexroth as mechanical engineer in a manufacturing plant. In 2017, Jing joined innovations team at Cantel Medical. Jing also has various research experience and currently has two academic journal publications. She has helped many of her peers in school/job applications and interviews. For her graduate school application, Jing was admitted to Stanford University and Johns Hopkins University in addition to the PhD program at Caltech (full ride with fellowship). She also scored a total of 331 (out of 340) for GRE as 113 out of 120 for TOEFL.
