Marc is a responsible individual. He is both able to and successful in forging close relationships with people, and it is through this unique skill that he is fit for the mentoring role. He is driven to help people because of his own experiences: having had to apply to university as an international student alone, both his initiative and will to help are unmatched. His current position as a hall senior means that he is also well versed in guiding new students through the daunting times of beginning university. Amongst Marc’s skills shines his presence: he is always willing to help, and available when his students need him. He leads and guides with a stellar academic record, which will provide an excellent example for his future mentees to follow, and gift him with the know-how to be able to lead.
