Suellen graduated magna cum laude from Duke University and graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine on a full merit scholarship. She is currently doing residency training at the Harvard Medical School's Massachusetts General Hospital.
Suellen is passionate about helping students reach their potential. She managed a mentorship program at Duke for local children and has also worked as a teacher and resident assistant in multiple countries, receiving perfect evaluations from her students.
During college, she worked at a neuroscience laboratory and has publications in top journals such as The Journal of Neuroscience. She also led Duke student groups on service trips to Honduras, where they conducted health education and research. Suellen loves working with and learning from people from different backgrounds and has spent several years traveling and working abroad.
She has years of experience editing essays for college, high school, and graduate school applications and is eager to work with you to reach your goals!
For years, she has helped with students who received acceptances into Harvard University, MIT, the University of Chicago, NYU Medical School, Rutgers for Honors College, and the USC School of Pharmacy.
For herself: for undergraduate, she was accepted into Duke University, the University of Chicago (with National Merit Scholarship), and University of Virginia (Echols Scholars honors program). For medical school, she was accepted into the University of Chicago (with full-tuition merit scholarship), Duke University (with Dean's merit scholarship), Washington University in St. Louis, Cornell University, University of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Eastern Virginia Medical School.
